  1. We request important legal documents, including the Company Registration Certificate, GST Number (Tax ID for India), and a valid Import License required for international trade. We also collect the buyer’s contact details, such as their address, phone number, and email, to ensure clear communication throughout the process. If the buyer does not have an Import License, we assist by connecting them with trusted Indian customs agents who can help them obtain one quickly.

  2. Once the documents are verified, we move to order confirmation, finalizing the product details, quantity, and pricing. A quotation is then shared with the buyer, providing full details of the order, including weight, value, and terms.

  3. Payments are accepted on a 100% advance basis, as we do not provide credit services. This ensures a smooth process without delays.

  4. Begin production as per buyer specifications. Conduct rigorous quality checks at each stage to meet export standards.

  5. Arrange transportation through reliable Indian transport companies. Inform the buyer of their responsibility for transportation costs and transit insurance.

  6. We prepare required documents, including: Invoice, Packing List, and Certificate of Origin (issued by authorized Nepali agencies).

  7. Handle customs clearance charges through trusted agents in Nepal and India.Buyer pays GST and import duties as per Indian customs regulations.

  8. Transport goods through the Nepalgunj-Rupaidiha Border (or alternate routes on request).

  9. Deliver the shipment directly to the buyer’s provided address, ensuring a seamless process.
